2) Snatch Balance – 5 x 3 (AHAP)

– Strength/Gymnastics –

1) Front Squat – 5 x 4 @ 80%

* all reps completed on a 5min clock *

2) HS walk/hold practice x 5min

 

– Conditioning –

3 rounds for max reps of:

:45sec goblet squats  (1.5/1)

:45 rest

:45sec shuttle sprints

:45sec rest

 

– Mobility –

Banded chicken wing x 2-3min ea side

Lat see-saw w/ lacrosse ball x 2-3min ea side

Serratus peel w/ lacrosse ball x 2-3min ea side

Blue angle x 2-3min ea side
