40 KB SDLHP  (2/1.5)

30 box jump overs  (24/20)

20 burpees

 

– Mobility –

Banded backpack w/ barbell (front rack opener & OH press) x 10-20 reps

Trap scrub w/ lacrosse ball x 2-3min ea side

Thoracic extension on roller w/ barbell OH x 2-3min
