3 Snatch Balance + 3 OHS x 4 (heavier than last week)

* all reps completed on a 5min clock *

 

– Strength/Gymnastics –

2a) Front Squat – 75% x 5 x 1, 80% x 3 x 3

2b) Step box jump x 2ea  (higher than last week)

* all reps completed on a 5min clock *

 

– Conditioning –

For time:

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 reps of:

deadlift  (225/155)

clean  (185/125)

push press  (135/95)

* 20min time cap *

 

– Mobility –

Monkey bars of death x 5min ea side

QL peanut/lacrosse ball mash x 3-5min ea side

High hamstring x 3-5min ea side
