2 power snatch @ 70-75%

 

– Strength/Gymnastics –

2a) back squat – 5 x 1 @ 75%, 3 x 3 @ 80%, 3 x 1 @ 85%

2b) ring dips – 3 x ME

 

– Conditioning –

3 rounds for time of:

75 DU

10 burpee box jump overs  (24/20)

7 squat clean thrusters  (135/95)

 

– Mobility –

Elevated hip opener x 3-5min ea side

Elevated posterior chain mash x 3-5min ea side
