1 set ME HSPU + 3 sets SM  (scale to pike press or HR pushup as necessary)

 

– Conditioning –

For time:

20 – 14 – 8 reps of:

DB cleans

renegade rows

 

– Mobility –

Elevated blue angel x 3-5min ea side

Anterior delt BB mash w/ internal rotation x 3-5min ea side

Internal rotator test x 10min total
