Even: STRICT Pullups x 7-5reps + 25 DU

Odd: Back Squat x 7-5reps  (155/105) + 25 DU

Even: Broad Jump x 5 + 7-5 wall ball

 

– Mobility – 

Knee Joint gapping w/ peanut into posterior knee aspect x 3-5min ea side

Patellar pouch BB mash x 3-5min ea leg

Quad mash w/ lacrosse ball x 3-5min ea leg
